Kids.Vote website and mobile apps integrates with common interface, software, mobile products, mobile services, and may link with third party websites operated by others who may or may not be affiliated with Kids.Vote and any other branded or co-branded websites, including sub-domains, international versions, widgets and mobile versions. We will refer to Kids.Vote throughout this document as “Kids.Vote”, “we” or “us”. Kids.Vote Websites are provided to you subject to the following terms and conditions. Visiting or otherwise using Kids.Vote Websites or any content obtained directly or indirectly from the Kids.Vote Websites or from any other third party websites, constitutes acceptance of and agreement to these terms and conditions. Kids.Vote was developed for people under the age of 18. By using the Kids.Vote Websites and apps, you agree that you do so with authorization and/or supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Kids.Vote does not directly register you and uses third parties such as Google, Facebook and Twitter as our registration partners. As such, we do not use any of your personal information, other than you age (if available), sex and your location in our service in order to compile results for voting tabulations. We may ask for authorization proof from your parents and or legal guardian at any time to continue use of Kids.Vote .

Kids.Vote reserves the right to suspend, discontinue, delete, modify, or remove any content or functionality offered in our Kids.Vote Websites from time to time, without prior notice, without reason or liability, and/or to offer certain content or functionality only in various versions or in selected times, based on Kids.Vote’s sole discretion. Kids.Vote users are offered the voting service for free and may use the anonymous data derived from its use for commercial purpose to derive revenues.
